What does the AI agent know?

Only what you give it about your business in Settings. When it doesn’t know an answer, the conversation is waiting for you in your messenger.

Who do visitors chat with?

The website’s admin: the iandi user who set up the chat bot. The AI agent answers first, and the visitor’s conversation is a chat with you in your iandi messenger.

Where do I answer visitors?

In your iandi messenger, under “From your websites”. The chat box sends the visitor’s conversation to the account that created it.

Can I use it without AI?

Yes. AI replies are optional. Leave them switched off to handle every conversation yourself.

How do I install the chat box?

Settings → Set up a chat bot for your website gives you a script with your own key. Paste that line into your website, or ask whoever manages your site to add it.

I have more than one website.
